How can I tell the item condition?
Every item is accompanied by descriptions and high-quality images to give you a clear understanding of what to expect
we meticulously inspect each item and take accurate pictures.
* Some of our items are accompanied by their original tags, dust bags, boxes, and authenticity cards. Such inclusions will be clearly listed in the item description
When will my package arrive?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Vintage Luxury Bags cannot guarantee delivery by a specific time, as delays may occur due to weather or other factors beyond our control.
Note: We always provide a tracking number you can follow.
How do you ship my package?
Due to the value of our items, all orders over $750 are defaulted to ship with signature-required insurance. If you are unable to sign for your package, you can request to have it held for pickup with the courier. Once a request is approved by the courier, bring your tracking number and a government-issued ID to collect your package.
